Round Rock, Texas dates:

To make an online reservation simply click on a date. Online reservations sell out quickly especially for suites and upgraded rooms. If they appear to be sold out on-line, simply call in (1-877-525-2427) and mention the pre-arranged room block "Don White Block" to get the special rate.

  • Fri & Sat, Sept 13 & 14, 2024(rates vary past 30 day deadline)
  • Fri & Sat, Sept 27 & 28, 2024(deadline extened at $189)
  • Fri & Sat, Nov 8 & 9, 2024(starts at $189)
  • Fri & Sat, Nov 29 & 30, 2024(starts at $189)

    Round Rock room rates:
  • Double Queen Sofa (Desert) ~ $189-219
  • Suites and upgraded rooms may be available, check the website or call in for details.
  • Rates are good only until the 30 day deadline before each event. After that, rates may vary if any rooms remain available.
  • Double Queen Sofa (Desert rooms allow you to add a 5th or 6th person for $50 each per night.
  • All rooms include waterpark passes for all registered guests.
  • No "Saturday night only" stays at these rates for any dates - if you'd like to stay Saturday night, you must also stay Friday night or Sunday night. (Friday night only is always ok).
  • Suites sell out quickly and suite prices are subject to change - for best chance to get one, call well before the 30-day deadline.
  • All rates are per night plus tax and resort fee ($39.99 per night).

    Special troubleshooting notes on using the online reservations above:

    • Your guest type is an "attendee", no access code needed.

    • If you ever have trouble, try calling the reservation line - often the online site appears "sold out" when there still are rooms available.

    • Special room choices (Combo suite / Village Suite) are sometimes not available online and are only available by calling reservations.

    • Deadlines 30 days before each event, so if it is past the deadline, link may no longer be available or rates may change.  Some limited rooms may still be available.  Call reservations to see if they can still get you in.
